 NATIONAL GARDEN WEEK
JUNE 7-13, 2020

 

This is a special project of the National Garden Club that we support each year through gardening and helping in the community.  Although we could not do many of our usual activities due to Covid19, we still accomplished a lot and did something each day to celebrate this beautiful week! Here's just some of the activities:

We took flower bouquets to 6 area nursing homes to beautify their reception areas.

We worked at 5 of our beautification sites that we plant and maintain on a regular basis.

Many of our members individually took bouquets to friends who were ill or unable to get out.  Some members worked in other people's gardens or in their own gardens.
