Salisbury Garden Club
Midlothian, VA
Civic Beautification - Making our neighborhood looking good!
We assist these areas in our community by planting & maintaining landscape plantings:
December 2021
SGC members have been busy working to decorate throughout our community!
Decorating Salisbury's Entrances takes 3 days!
The first day fresh greens are cut from members' yards as well as bringing down all the wreaths, garlands, bows and lights.
Second day is busy with creating 30 jabots and testing the many lights.
Third day the garland, wreaths, jabots, lights and many red bows are hung.
It doesn't stop there- then we decorate the Post Office and even the Firehouse gets festooned!
Ten members met gathered again at The Shed at Reed's Landing and made 28 beautiful Christmas bouquets for the dining tables at Spring Arbor.
